Actual Distance: 12 Km                                           Grade: III, III+ (Moderate Level). Season: Mid Sept till end of June. Rafting from Shivpuri to NIM beach- Rishikesh is called 16km by every operator in Rishikesh but in actual it is not 16km. It is around 11-12km by River and takes around 1 and half to 2 hours to complete. It features roughly seven rapids, both minor and large. Roller Coaster (III+), Golf Course (III+), and Club House are some of the good rapids we run on this stretch (III). Although there are some large waves and hydraulics, these rapids are safe to raft. The travel to the starting place takes about 30 minutes to an hour, followed by another 30 minutes for preparation, raft inflation, and safety training. We board the rafts when the safety briefing is completed. It's a two-hour river adventure with plenty of splashes and powerful hits. We complete our rafting excursion just before Laxman Jhula and then drive back to the Red Chilli Adventure office in 5 minutes. read more read less

Actual Distance : 17 Km                                         Grade: III, III+ (Moderate Level). Season: Mid Sept till End of June   Rafting from Marine drive to NIM beach- Rishikesh is called 26km by every operator in Rishikesh but in actual it is not 26km. It is around 16-17km by River and takes around 2 and half to 3 hours to complete. There are nearly ten grade III and grade III+ rapids along this length of water, each of which is named after the type of rapid. The Three Blind Mice is a category III rapid named for the fact that the water appears practically placid until you reach three rapids that follow each other quite closely. Cross Fire (III), Roller Coaster (III+), Golf Course (III+), and Club House are the other rapids (III). The excursion begins with a 45-minute to one-hour journey to the starting spot, where a proper safety briefing is given and the rafts and other equipment are prepared. The important thing to remember is that this is a rather straightforward stretch, even if an unexpected hydraulic or large wave may arise at any time, which our guides will handle with ease. The rafting down the river takes about 2-3 hours in total, though it can take up to 3-4 hours during the months of December and January. We complete our rafting excursion just before Luxman Jhula in Rishikesh, and then go back to the Red Chilli Adventure office by jeep which takes 5-10minute. read more read less

35km River Rafting from Kaudiyala
₹ 3,000
Actual Distance: 28 Km                                          Grade: III+, IV (Moderate Level). Season: Mid Sept till End of June.  Rafting from Kaudiyala to NIM beach- Rishikesh is called 35km by every operator in Rishikesh but in actual it is not 35km. It is around 28 km by River and takes around 3 and half to 4 hours to complete. This is another grade III, III+ rafting section with one grade IV rapid, The Wall, which can be a flipper at times, causing the raft to flip over and fling us into the water. And, contrary to popular belief, it is actually more fun and exciting than dangerous because each raft is not only equipped with experienced guides and a variety of safety equipment, but each of you is also wearing a life jacket, making drowning impossible. Apart from the 30-minute drive to the starting point and the time it takes to give safety instructions and equipment, the river takes about 4-5 hours to complete and has about 12 rapids, some small and some large, all of which are named Daniel's Dip (III+), The Wall (IV), Three Blind Mice (III+), CrossFire (III), Roller Coaster (III), Golf Course (III+), and Club House (III). The travel to the starting place takes roughly an hour, followed by 30 minutes of preparation and safety briefing. The adrenaline-pumping adventure comes to a close just before Laxman Jhulla in Rishikesh, where it's only a 5-minute drive back to The Red Chilli Adventures Office.   read more read less
